Thomas Verry: Dominick was very helpful throughout the home buying experience. From the start of the process Dominick would send me text updates on houses that looked like they fit my criteria particularly well in addition to creating the portal of houses. He was available same day to go check them out and would spend hours on the weekend driving around the city showing us houses. We did make multiple offers throughout the process and he was very quick to draft them up and get them to the seller. He is very familiar with the process and his intuition was spot on. When he said he didn’t think a house would be on the market for much longer and I decided to wait the house was gone before the weekend like he warned. When I decided to put in an offer that was too low and he told me he didn’t think the seller would accept it he was also correct, but he would always submit the offer as I requested and very quickly. When we did finally complete an offer he made it very easy to complete the inspection process quickly went over the entire inspection document with me before we decided to move forward. He helped me create a concessions request (not sure if that’s what it is actually called) that addressed all my concerns from the inspection. He then dealt with the bank that seriously made him talk to the seller, revise documents, change dates, etc. like every day. He kept on top of it all and we closed before about a week before the date the bank originally set as the expected closing date. Even after the house closed he kept in touch with me and helped me figure out the utilities, coordinate with the alarm company, the pool contractor and anything else I needed help with. Needless to say I will be highly recommending Dominick to anyone that needs a realtor.

He would give me his opinion as an expert in the field but would always go with what I was most comfortable with. I actually had issues with a previous realtor that was not willing to submit offers unless it was exactly what they recommended. Whenever there was a home that I wished to look at he would be very expedient in setting up a viewing. Once I had found my home and was ready to submit an offer he was there for me for every step of it. At one point the seller was being unreasonable on not wanting to fix something or even provide a credit but Dominick stepped in and was able to negotiate with the seller’s agent for a credit to be supplied from both of their commissions instead of letting a bad seller upset the whole process. He cared more for me finding the proper place than making a quick commission and moving on. Oh, and I should probably mention that he did all this while him and his wife were expecting their first child!
