Located in North Peoria on 67th Avenue and Happy Valley Road, Terramar is a highly sought-after community that was first established in 1998 and has about 5,500 residents. The community is only about 3.5 miles to the 101 highway which provides for easy access to the rest of the valley in any direction.
There are currently only resale single-family homes available in Terramar, ranging from about $275,000 to $600,000.
Terramar offers both desert and mountain views which are showcased when using the Weir Wash Trail that winds through the community for walking or biking. The community also offers two main parks. Terramar Park, located in the southern portion of the community, offers large grassy areas as well as shaded picnic areas that are equipped with BBQ grills.
