Located in Northwest Peoria on Lake Pleasant Parkway and Deer Valley Road, Casa Del Rey at Camino A Lago began construction in 2005 and finished around 2008. The community is located just minutes from the 101 and 303 highways which provide for easy access to the rest of the valley in any direction.

There are currently only resale single-family homes and patio homes available in Casa Del Rey, ranging from about $200,000 to $400,000 with the lower end of that being the patio homes.
